A BIT ABOUT The Man Behind It All
Born and raised in Spain, I worked in various establishments around Madrid including a Michelin starred restaurant before moving to the UK in 2016.
After working as a chef at several venues, including the Mallory Court Hotel, I set up my food truck – Tapas Zampa – during lockdown and have been visiting festivals, attending events and cooking for private functions since then.
